The Brown Turkey Fig Tree is a hardy, reliable fruit tree known for its deliciously sweet, reddish-brown figs with soft, pink flesh. This variety produces two crops per year in warm climates—making it a favorite for home growers seeking generous, low-maintenance harvests.
Ideal for edible landscapes, food forests, and backyard orchards, the Brown Turkey fig thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. It’s drought-tolerant once established and grows well both in the ground and in large containers.
