Landscape Maintenance Service

Professional Landscape Maintenance

Thoughtful, horticulture-based care for South Orange County homes.

Earth People LandCare provides professional residential landscape maintenance focused on plant health, clean presentation, irrigation awareness, and long-term landscape improvement — not just mow, blow, and go.

These rates are designed for an average South Orange County home. Larger properties, estates, highly planted gardens, difficult-access properties, or landscapes requiring additional labor should select Estate / Custom Property — Evaluation Required so we can provide the right service level and pricing.

Service Options

Bi-Weekly Maintenance — $350/month
Two scheduled visits per month for properties that need consistent professional care without weekly service.

Weekly Maintenance — $600/month

Estate / Custom Property — Evaluation Required
For larger homes, estates, extensive gardens, steep sites, specialty landscapes, or properties that require additional labor, we evaluate the property and prepare a custom maintenance plan.

Designed for Long-Term Landscape Health

Our goal is not simply to make the property look clean for the day. We watch how the landscape is responding over time — including watering, drainage, plant stress, pruning needs, pest pressure, and seasonal changes — so small problems can be addressed before they become expensive ones.
