A whole-property assessment with a written roadmap.
Best for: Several concerns across the yard, or uncertainty about what to tackle first.

- Review of plant and tree health, irrigation, pruning, soil and nutrition concerns, and planting opportunities
- Written horticultural observations and recommendations
- Priorities organized into NOW, NEXT and LATER

What you receive: A written action plan you can reference and share with your gardener or contractor.
Example: Your yard has declining plants, uneven watering and overdue pruning. You want one organized plan for addressing the problems.
$750 · Landscape Master Plan
Coordinate planting, irrigation and future projects in one plan.
Best for: Multiple improvements that need to work together over time.

- Comprehensive on-site property assessment
- Written Earth People Landscape Master Plan summary
- Prioritized recommendations and a phased improvement roadmap
- Plant-palette direction for the agreed areas, including fruit trees, natives or habitat planting where appropriate
- Preliminary material and project recommendations
- Guidance on the order of work so planting, irrigation and ongoing care support the same goals
What you receive: A written planning summary with a phased roadmap and preliminary project direction.
Example: You want to add an orchard, convert lawn to water-wise planting and improve irrigation in stages.
$1,500 · Premium Property Strategy
A deeper strategy for the property's long-term direction.
Best for: Larger or complex properties, mature landscapes and major renovation decisions.

- Comprehensive on-site assessment and detailed discussion of long-term goals
- Customized written strategy across the relevant landscape systems
- Review of plant and tree condition, irrigation, soil and nutrition concerns, privacy, habitat and maintenance needs
- Phased long-term improvement roadmap and project sequencing
- Guidance for major landscape investment decisions
- Follow-up review to discuss the strategy and answer questions
What you receive: A customized written property strategy, long-term roadmap and follow-up review.

How your consultation works
- Choose your package and schedule. Use the package selector and “Schedule Your Time” button above.
- Show us your priorities. Bring your questions, problem areas, goals and any useful photos or existing plans to the visit.
- Walk the property together. We review visible conditions and discuss practical options within your scope.
- Receive your tier's deliverables. Focused guidance at $150; written planning at $350 and above; a follow-up strategy review at $1,500.
- Decide what to do next. Use the recommendations with your own team or request a separate Earth People implementation quote.
$150 consultation credit toward qualifying work
For the $150 Property Consultation, approve $750 or more of related Earth People work within 30 days and the full $150 consultation fee is applied as a credit to that project. One assessment credit per property/project. The higher-tier planning fees cover their additional consulting deliverables; this credit offer applies to the $150 tier.
Before you book
Does this include installation or treatment?
Consultation prices cover assessment and planning. Plants, materials, repairs, pruning, installation, treatment and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
Is the master plan a construction drawing?
The $750 and $1,500 tiers provide written horticultural and landscape planning guidance. Engineered drawings, architectural construction documents, surveys, laboratory testing and permit documents are additional services unless specifically included in a separate scope.
Which tier should I choose?
Choose $150 for focused guidance, $350 for an organized written assessment, $750 to coordinate multiple improvements, or $1,500 for a deeper long-term property strategy with a follow-up review.
What about a large estate or specialized concern?
Large estates, unusually complex scopes and specialized diagnostics may require additional services. Any additional fees or scope adjustments will be discussed before proceeding.
