• Walk-through of one proposed planting area and discussion of the intended plants.
• Visual and hands-on review of soil texture, moisture, visible compaction and surface drainage indicators.
• Review of irrigation access, watering suitability, sun exposure and available root space.
• Practical next-step recommendations and whether laboratory soil testing or additional drainage evaluation is warranted.

Starting at $179 for one accessible residential planting area. Additional areas, travel beyond the core service area, laboratory tests, sampling, specialized drainage testing, excavation, irrigation repairs, amendments and installation are not included and can be quoted separately. A field check cannot guarantee drainage performance, future plant health or detect contaminants.
