The Earth People Sanctuary is our flagship native + edible landscape: part orchard, part wildlife habitat, part soil-restoration project, and part family retreat.

Whole-property ecological design

Every sanctuary is adapted to the site's microclimates, soil, water, drainage, architecture, views, family use, and long-term maintenance goals.

Starting at $30,000. Larger estates and whole-property transformations are custom quoted and may exceed $50,000. The package includes drainage assessment and irrigation work appropriate to the planting scope. Major drainage construction, structural hardscape, retaining walls, electrical work, extensive drainage installation, tree removal, and unusual site-access requirements are quoted separately.

Large estates and expansive properties require a custom quote. Scope, access, plant quantities, irrigation, drainage, grading, and site complexity are evaluated individually.
