Depending on the plant, season and available laboratory method, testing may involve petiole sap, leaf tissue or another validated plant nutrient analysis. We confirm the specific method and analytes before collecting samples; these methods are not interchangeable. Testing may evaluate selected macro- and micronutrients. Results are interpreted with the plant's symptoms, growth stage, irrigation and root-zone conditions. Plant analysis cannot, by itself, diagnose every cause of yellowing or decline.

How to order

We contact you after checkout to confirm the plant species, appropriate sampling season, property access and visit date. If a validated or interpretable test is unavailable for your plant, we will discuss alternatives or a refund before sampling.

Scheduling, cancellations & refunds
After checkout, we contact you to schedule sampling. Cancel before any work or nonrecoverable costs have been incurred for a full refund. If work has started, we refund the unused portion after completed work and documented, reasonable nonrecoverable expenses, subject to applicable law. Extra tests and treatments require your approval.
